Terms of Use for the "ReShoot Pistol .Start" Course

Welcome to ReShoot (reshoot.team), the educational platform provided by PR ReShoot. The "ReShoot Pistol .Start" course is designed for beginners to safely and responsibly learn the basics of pistol handling. By using our website and course (collectively referred to as the “Service”), you agree to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the course, creating an account, or accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. You also agree to comply with all applicable firearm and online conduct laws.

2. User Requirements

  • Not share course access with minors or individuals lacking proper authorization.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with local, national, and international laws.
  • Secure all necessary permits or licenses for firearm ownership or use as required by law.
  • Refrain from copying, distributing, or reproducing any course materials (videos, texts, exercises) without our written permission.
  • Avoid any actions that may damage the website or hinder access for other users.

4. Course Access and Use

Access: The course is strictly pay-to-access. Full prepayment is required without exceptions or conditions. Access is granted only upon confirmation of payment.

Intellectual Property: All course materials, including videos (e.g., “Topic 4: Skilled and Safe Gun Handling”), texts (e.g., “6 Key Rules for Solo Practice”), and exercises (e.g., “Exercise 2: Muzzle Direction Control”), are the intellectual property of PR ReShoot and protected by copyright. Copying, distributing, or creating derivative works is prohibited without written permission.

Prohibited Actions: You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with third parties.
  • Use automated tools (such as bots) to access or copy materials.
  • Attempt to hack or modify the platform.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment: The course is paid in full upfront. Partial payments or delayed payments are not accepted. Payments must be made through the methods listed on the website.

Refund Policy:

  • EU Users: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed no more than 10% of the course (e.g., 3 topics).
  • US Users: Refunds are available within 7 days under the same conditions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service without notice if you violate these Terms or take actions that threaten the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the course is revoked, but certain obligations (such as liability) will remain in effect.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Belgrade, Serbia, in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. You will be notified of any material changes by email or through the website. Continued use of the Service after changes implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
